Glow Sapphire processes and ships orders through Pathao courier. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 days after confirmation.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Glow Sapphire is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address or phone number.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or confirmed during order placement. In case of delivery failure due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

Glow Sapphire reserves the right to cancel or delay shipment if there are stock issues or verification problems.
